We first used the services of the Mortgage and Finance Centre when we felt we should get a better deal than we had at the time for our owner occuppied unit. We were dealing directly with the bank because we were under the misconception that we would save at least on commissions if we did not use a broker.

The only regret we have is that we did not use the Mortgage and Finance Centre from the beginning. We have since purchased investment properties through the Centre and have nothing but praise for the service John and the team have provided for us. I sincerely believe we could not have got better deals dealing directly with the banks and certainly would not get better service anywhere else.
