Q. How do you find us the right loan?
A. We have access to the huge resources of Australian Finance Group (AFG) Australia's largest Finance brokers, this allows us to deal directly with over 30 Major banks and lending institutions offering around 700 loan products. daily updates ensure our computer always has the latest loan details and interest rates. Once we load your requirements into our computer it automaticaly selects the options that match these requirements.
Q. Do you charge for your service?
A. No. we do not charge a broker fee when arranging residental property loans as we are paid a commission by the lender. details of these commissions are included in our broker contract which we give you at our inital meeting before you make any application.
Q. How do I apply for a home loan?
A. Simply contact us either through this website by clicking Contact Us or phoning 02 4625 5712 and we will guide you through the process of, finding the loan that suits your requirements, preparing an application, gathering the supporting documentation, submiting the loan to the lender and tracking its progress to settlement and beyond.
Q. Do I need to come to you?
A. No we are totaly mobile and visit you in the comfort of your home (within the Sydney area) or business at a time that fits in with your busy schedule.
Q. How long will the application take?
A. We like to collect basic information at the inital contact this takes 10 to 15 mins on the phone. on avarage the interview takes around 1 hour but we move at a pace the client is comfortable with.
Q. How long before we get approval?
A. Normally if we have all the supporting documentation to lodge with the application we can have a conditional approval within 48hrs, this is normally conditional on the valuation of the property being purchased or refinanced. Formal approval normally follows 48hrs after the valuation.
